At Hitchin Lavender farm

In the summer, a day off to the outskirt is gonna give you a nice pure relief. Especially lavender, it could put you in relaxation and aroma. Hmmmm, what a nice day....until you've actually been there and covered in bees!!

If you are in London, there are 2 choices you can reckon, one is Mayfield (← click for more info), and the other one is Hitchin (← click). We went to Hitchin because there were less people there so we could get some better photos.

We took the train from Victoria and basically follow the instruction from Google maps. It was so pretty and the smell was so soothing and make you just want to close your eyes....not really! We were trying to pick some flowers and it should be lovely and romantic, yet we were scared because there were so many bees around which were as busy as we were. Some bees are gigantic, when you walked into the aisles in the farms, it's very much like walking into a curtain of bees. Even said so, I still love lavender so much.

I was a bit scared but it was also a very big part of the nature that I should embrace. Anyway, I took some pictures, and decided I am gonna just enjoy the scene a bit far from the centre.

夏天的時候，某個閒情逸致的周末，前往郊區可以有個解放的下午，聽起來真是不錯。尤其是薰衣草，舒緩的清香搭配著微風~~~~恩~~~好舒爽啊.....啊啊啊~全身被蜜蜂包覆住了~~

如果你住在倫敦，有兩個薰衣草田可以前往，一個是Mayfield (點字可以到官網喔)，另一個是Hitchin (點字進入官網)，Mayfield 因為去的人很多，我想說去人少一點的地方，拍到好照片的機率可能會比較高。

我們跟著Google maps的指示從維多利亞站前進，到的時候那陣隨微風而來的薰衣草香氣真的太迷人了，天氣還很好，這在倫敦真的很稀有啊~ 當我們拿了剪刀跟紙袋進去採花的時候，蜜蜂鋪天蓋地而來，簡直就跟走進一整面牆的蜜蜂一樣，我還穿無袖，嚇歪了我的天~

沒有我想像中的浪漫啊~~~我們馬上摘完就衝出來決定在外面欣賞，雖然大量的蜜蜂很驚人，我還是很愛薰衣草，後來家裡的薰香蠟燭用完了就跑去歐舒丹買了薰衣草口味的蠟燭~
